There
are four issues that surounded the constitution. they are power, slavery, rights, and indians.
Slavery- Well the big question was how they were going
to sell he slave and how much of a person a slave was. to them a slave was three fifths of a perso and the sold them by octions.
Power- The big question there was how was ther power
goin to be seperated? So they made a state government and a federal government. The state government broke into the two house
legestlator and the presedent. In the federal government only had the New york plan.
